Step 4: Submission of remaining documents

1. To open the required Fixed Deposit account in any Malaysian bank for 1 year period on an auto renewal basis. **

2. To purchase medical insurance in any insurance company in Malaysia.

3. To submit a medical report from any private hospital / registered clinic in Malaysia.

Note:

** After 1 year, participants need to maintain the minimum balance of RM150,000 for those below 50 years old and RM100,000 for those above 50 years old for every year of stay under this programme.

** Participant needs to sign the Consent Form as Customer’s Declaration to authorize the Bank to confirm the existence of the Fixed Deposit when required by the relevant Government Authorities.

** The processing and approval will take above 90 days from the date of submission (if all documents are complete).
